Refund policy

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Thailand by Thailand Post.
After order confirmation the delivery takes from 3 to 15 days, depending on the final destination of the order.
For a destination outside Thailand, we send by plane with EMS World, with Track and Trace.

Shipping time :

• Thailand : around 3-5 working days, depending on your region
• Asia : between 1 week - 10 days, depending on your country
• Australia : between 10 days and 2 weeks
• Europe : between 10 days and 2 weeks
• Africa : between 2 and 3 weeks
• USA/Canada : between 2 and 3 weeks
• South America : between 2 and 3 weeks.

Please note all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Your local customs authorities establish the limits for duty-free packages. Blond Bohemian will not be held liable for any fee, duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made. 

Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties applicable in your own country. 

Returns policy

We stick to a no return & no refund policy as we sell true to image products and provide all specifications regarding materials, measures and sizes of each of our items at our site. Nevertheless, if you think that the product you have received is faulty or mistaken as it is different from the one you purchased, please send us the details together with images of the evidence to blondbohemian@gmail.com within 7 days after receipt.

Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received, unused and inside their original packaging. Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as Fedex, UPS, DHL or equivalent), as we cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
